Congratulations to Climadesign class of 2015 for successfully completing their last project of the program. We wish everyone good luck for their master thesis.

Visit to the Cruise Terminal of Seville by ClimaDesign

The postgraduate master Program ClimaDesign of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) recently visited the Cruise Terminal of Seville as part of an international study trip to Andalusia.
ClimaDesign focuses on the specialized deepening of knowledge and scientific expansion in the field of energy-efficient planning and construction, building climatology and architectural design. The Cruise Terminal of Seville represents an excellent example for the students of ClimaDesign, due to its architectural quality and its innovative design, which implements some of the theoretical concepts that they have been studying in the Master program.
The Terminal was designed by Hombre de Piedra Arquitectos, the Sevillian architecture office conducted by Mr. Juan Manuel Rojas Fernández and Mrs. Laura Domínguez Hernández. Both architects guided the technical visit through building by ClimaDesign and explained the architectural and energetic concept of its project. The experience was very positive for all participants and it was possible to find synergies, which could lead to the organization of future activities of the TUM in the Cruise Terminal of Seville.
