One week ago we’ve been hiking with the company as our yearly team event. We lucked out with the weather, there was good food and we generally had a great time. We also played „Werewolf“ during the trip, which is game that shows you who of your colleagues is a good liar. Well let’s say the trust between members of our team is irreversibly shattered now. It was a great day nevertheless and we returned energized and suspicious back to work the next day.

Wednesday we had our first retrospective ever. That’s the last event of a scrum sprint. We’re currently implementing various scrum methods into our everyday work with the help of our friends at Agile Heroes In a retro you review which processes worked well and what you should improve. And also there was free ice-cream, which is very much a process-improvement in my book.

We use Django CMS as the Backend for all our web projects. Even if you haven't heard of Django yet, it's so intuitive you'll be able to use it in no time.
