Today, Iran is a land of weary hearts that still keep beating.
In the streets, anxiety struggles to breathe; in homes, silence screams.
There are girls who have grown up too soon,
with shoulders carrying the weight of fear, rising costs, restriction, and insecurity.

We write of a country whose people are alive, yet life has become heavy for them;
a place where hope is wounded every day, but never dies.
The girls of Iran are still standing—
with worried eyes, but hearts that have not forgotten justice.

We believe this darkness is not eternal.
Iran is still breathing,
and as long as pain is spoken aloud,
the path to change—even slow and difficult—still exists.

Indian Council for Cultural Relations Scholarship
ICCR Scholarship 2026 – Requirements for Afghan Students
1. Eligibility
Must be an Afghan citizen.
Must be living inside Afghanistan at the time of application.
Must apply online through the ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal.
Age limits:
Undergraduate / Bachelor’s: 18–40 years
Postgraduate / Master’s: 18–40 years
PhD: up to 50 years
Must meet the subject requirements for the chosen course.
Must not be applying for medical, paramedical, nursing, law, fashion design, or 5-year integrated courses (these are not allowed under ICCR).
2. Academic Requirements
For Undergraduate (Bachelor’s):
Completed 12 years of schooling (high school).
For Science/Engineering: must have studied Math, Physics, Chemistry in high school.
For Biology-related fields: must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
For Master’s:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in the required field.
For PhD:
Must have a Master’s degree.
Must upload a Research Proposal / Synopsis.
