Was für ein Fest!

Am Donnerstag hat ETWAS GANZ BESONDERES (internationaler Titel: HOME STORIES) seine Weltpremie im Wettbewerb des Berlinale - Berlin International Film Festival gefeiert.

Heute Abend entscheidet sich nun, wie sehr die Jury rund um Wim Wenders den Film mag und ob es für einen der begehrten Bären reicht.

So oder so war der Premieren-Abend aber super schön, auch danke des tollen Outfits von esther perbandt. Hier mal ein paar Impressionen.

Best Actor – Cinema (National) for his role in Die Vorkosterinnen.

The Jupiter Award is one of Germany’s most established audience awards, presented by Cinema and TV Spielfilm.
The winners are decided entirely by public vote.

Only 6 days left: On December 6, at 8:15 p.m., SPURLOS IN VENEDIG celebrated its TV premiere on DAS ERSTE and in the ARD Mediathek

Directed by Claudia Garde, Max can be seen alongside Jeanette Hain in the lead role of Angelo/Gabriel, among others.

Save the date: SPURLOS IN VENEDIG (directed by Claudia Garde), starring Jeanette Hain and Max Riemelt, will premiere on ARD on December 6, 2025, at 8:15 p.m.

Set in the quiet Castello district of Venice, the story centers on a withdrawn German man known only as “Angelo,” who lives a humble life as a dishwasher, concealing the truth about his past. When he witnesses mafia enforcers threatening his neighbor Sofia and her seven-year-old son Luca, Angelo intervenes with the precision of a trained fighter—killing their leader Paolo in the process. The attackers were after Sofia's husband, Nico, who is entangled in a failed drug deal involving three tons of stolen co***ne.

Angelo's actions place him squarely in the crosshairs of Gaia Contarini, a powerful and ruthless mafia boss—and Paolo's foster mother—who is determined to avenge his death. While Angelo initially prepares to flee Venice, his plans change abruptly when Gaia kidnaps young Luca. Faced with the shadows of his former life as an elite German soldier, Angelo launches a desperate counteroffensive to save the boy, unaware of how far the mafia boss's influence extends.
