That was just one of many thought-provoking ideas about the of insurance operations in 2035 that I had the opportunity to visualize yesterday at , hosted by the German Insurance Association.

Together, Philip Kühling and Sabine Treike from make:future guided participants through inspiring conversations about the future. The goal was not to get stuck on risks and challenges, but to imagine positive and desirable futures worth working towards.
