Our Sr. Event Marketing Manager moved from Valencia to Abu Dhabi without having to quit her job at WorkMotion. That’s the power of remote work 🔥

Listen to her story in her own words:

“We were happily settled in Spain, working and enjoying life, but when my partner received a job offer in Abu Dhabi, we thought—why not? Three months later, he was offered an incredible role with fantastic pay, friends waiting for us, and new adventures.

But I didn’t want to lose my job and wanted to continue working at WorkMotion. So, when I asked my manager if I could continue working from the UAE, he replied with a big ‘YES, OF COURSE!’

Within a month, we sold our car, packed up the apartment, and set off with two suitcases to our new home—Abu Dhabi.

Now, six months later, I’m incredibly grateful to WorkMotion. We’ve transformed our lives from great to extraordinary, with fresh experiences each day, endless possibilities, and solid careers. Without the flexibility to work remotely, this journey wouldn’t have been possible.
