Domaine de la Renardiere Les Vianderies 2018
This gorgeous gal is a classic 100% Chardonnay from Arbois, Jura. She perfectly represents everything we love about that region. A real people pleaser, most people find she is perfectly in the middle between fresh and oxidative. But give her a chance to open up and you'll see her full potential. At first you'll notice notes of praline, vanilla, and smoke but she quickly develops into flavours of wet stone, baked apple, and lemon.

Our braised lamb shank is from in Brandenburg, just outside of Berlin. It's rich flavour comes from cooking it in a pot of juices with the midly spicy hint of harissa. Served on a bed of great white beans with harissa, ginger and paprika, this one'll warm your insides.

In his works, Felix Woeller explores the relationship between man and nature. His two-dimensional, androgynous figures water flowers as if frozen, cut wood or stand in meadows as if they were trapped in obscure worlds - often with dislocated limbs or in unhealthy postures. As an autodidact, his artistic practice has developed quite naturally over the years. Inspired by Milton Avery and Niko Pirosmani, he has always been more interested in color compositions and unusual motifs than perspective depth effects or anatomical correctness.

Doma means home, and this lady knows how to settle you right down to a delicious meal. She’s full of powerful character thanks to 14 days of skin contact, followed by a year in large oak and acacia barrels. A classically Mediterranean personality; she's very expressive and bursting with aroma of herbs and fruits. But it's her underlying saltiness, which keeps things really interesting.

The cabbage roll was a beautiful vegan dish from last week’s menu! We're obsessed with how one leaf of cabbage can be folded into this beautiful little parcel. Light and packed (literally) with flavour. It was filled with oyster mushrooms, lentils and black garlic, served sitting in delicious roasted veg broth.

Citrus season full in swing. Kissed by red blush, the moro blood orange is available in the winter through late spring. Their flesh is almost seedless and their fragrance slightly sweet and floral. Enjoy our vegan moro blood orange granita with amazake coconut foam.

A reliable white Chardonnay gal from Jura, France. Her personality is a little fruity, but not unpredictable; green apples, lemon, lemon zest, mineraly and honey. If you want to know what all the hype is about Jura wines, she can give you a good introduction.

Mussels in rockefeller sauce
This weeks special is giant mussels provided by , direct from Scanfjord to your plates. We serve them with a buttery rockefeller sauce, mornay and spinach. I think this might be our favourite thing on the menu this week!

Maison En Belle Lies Marranges Les Clos Roussots 1er Cru 2018
Dark and earthy, this guy is 100% Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France. Coming from 70 year old vines, he’s totally natural with no additives. An elegant Burgundy lad. He’s strong with a medium body and his personality is textured and earthy; with hints of cranberries, cherries, blueberries and rhubarb. The perfect company when you’re trying our lamb dish.
