Finished this Home Portrait for the September challenge. I took some creative liberties, but it captures the essence of our little home during our crazy, exciting and beautiful adventure of living abroad in Prague. Can't believe next month will mark our one year anniversary of cramming our worldly possessions into 6 suitcases + a diaper bag and moving to a foreign country.

So... this is what it looks like when you paint for 100 days then tape it up all over your wall to take it all in

After wrapping up my 100 day project I needed a little breather and wanted to take a IG break to focus on some big upcoming tasks - then I BLINKED and almost a whole month has passed! Obviously need to channel my inner cheetah to try to keep up with how fast time is flying 🐆🤦‍♀️

"Birthday Bears" inspired by the conversations I have with my daughter EVERYDAY about her upcoming birthday (in February!).
This also concludes my 100 pattern goal for the 100 Day Project - which I think took me closer to 200 days, but that still averages out to a pattern every-other-day, so I'm not too down about it. Also has me that much more impressed by those able to completely keep up with it.

Inspiration for today's pattern came to me as I was drifting off to sleep last night and today I pieced it together the best I could remember it. Usually the funnest patterns for me to work on are those that incorporate some type of character(s).

Started this little pattern sketch a few days ago under a tree in the rain while playing at the park with my daughter. Was pleased that the water drops dried and faded. I like the pattern and I love the memory.
