- Подавать заявление нужно лично в отделении Национальной Полиции (Dirección General de la Policía o comisarías de la policía que se determinen) и в специальных приёмных пунктах (centros de acogida, recepción y derivación del Ministerio de Inclusión, Seguridad Social y Migraciones).
Какие документы нужно предоставить?
Украинский загранпаспорт
Написать заявление
- В заявлении нужно будет указать ваше временное место жительства и потом обязательно оповестить Офис Беженцев о любой смене этого места жительства.
- В заявлении также желательно указать номер мобильного телефона и адрес электронной почты. По желанию можно дать разрешение на переписку в электронном виде с Офисом Беженцев по данной процедуре.

ПРОЦЕДУРА ВРЕМЕННОЙ ЗАЩИТЫ ДЛЯ УКРАИНЦЕВ В ИСПАНИИ!
От 10го марта 2022г, в Официальном Государственном Бюллетене был опубликован приказ о процедуре признания временной защиты пострадавшим от военного конфликта в Украине.
1. Кто может подавать документы на процедуру временной защиты?
- Украинцы, проживавшие на территории Украины до 24го февраля 2022г.
- Лица без гражданства, подданные других стран в статусе беженцев и все легальные резиденты, независимо от типа резиденции, проживавшие на территории Украины до 24го февраля 2022г, которые не могут вернуться на родину.
- Украинцы, находившиеся на территории Испании до 24го февраля 2022г, которые не могут вернуться на территорию Украины.
- Члены семьи лиц, описанных в предыдущих 3х пунктах (супруг, гражданский партнёр, несоршеннолетние дети, другие близкие родственники, проживавшие вместе лицами, описанными в предыдущих 3х пунктах).
- Украинцы, находившиеся на территории Испании нелегально до 24го февраля 2022г. и которые не могут вернуться на терииторию Украины.
