„Liar’s“ Reuben Sandwich
The most honest sandwich we make is called Liar’s 🃏
The legendary Reuben has two origin stories. Arnold Reuben says he invented it in New York around 1914. Reuben Kulakofsky claims it was him — at a poker game in Omaha in the 1920s. Both are convinced. One of them is lying.
Ours goes one step further. We don’t even use corned beef. Smoked beef tongue, horseradish mayo, whole grain mustard, sauerkraut, cheese, toasted bread.
It’s not a real Reuben. It never claimed to be.
Some of the best things in life come with a questionable backstory. Ask any traveler.
