I like the city being covered in snow, with blue hues surrounding it. Snow makes everything look bright, even in the dull winter days and adds extra contrast to the already alluring architecture of the city.
Although most of us would like it the same way, still these city workers(prazske sluzby) have to take care of our safety and make sure there is a smooth flow of traffic throughout the city. They would clear the snow from the roads even before it starts to melt, therefore taking away the chance of crunching the fresh snow under your feet.
Yet, luckily I managed to get this shot at the Charles Bridge when they just started clearing the snow after an hour of heavy snowfall early morning.
I am caught between the thought of walking in streets filled with centimetres of snow, but at the same time, I also don't want to trip over and break bones.
Not all beautiful things are safe, and snow is one of them.😉

Snowy winter morning, from street of Prague.
With a temperature of sub zero level, and the wind getting colder near the river.
It became difficult to click the pictures without getting chills and holding the camera stable. I could hardly feel my face, and with a running nose, I just managed to quickly take a few snaps before slipping my hand back into the warm gloves.
Now, as I have already taken the effort, you can enjoy the view from the comfy of your home. 🇨🇿

It has always been on my wishlist to watch this city snow-covered. Unfortunately last year, there wasn't much snow, but this year it is snowing almost every second day. So here it is.....A dreamy European winter from the city of Prague, boasting its special charm.

Imagine driving on the road like this one: the grey shades of the still dramatic sky and the field, roadsides full of bright yellow-orange trees, are so vivid and vibrant that they look painted! The thought itself is so pleasant and pacifying.

Nature is an invisible artist who paints with a brush and palette on the heavenly canvas. A couple of minutes before the darkness: the stormy sky greets the Night with a fiery embrace!
I have never before witnessed a sky as lit as this one.
To me, it looked as if a nuclear bomb has exploded in sky, causing these mushroom clouds in the atmosphere.
