The Bucharest office marked International Earth Day by continuing one of its most beloved traditions: the Earth Day potluck. Everyone brought a home-cooked dish to share, creating a warm moment to connect while celebrating thoughtful, sustainable choices. The celebration wrapped up with a pop quiz on Earth and sustainability, serving as a reminder that environmental impact is shaped by our everyday actions: what we use, waste, and consume. The good news is that small actions add up. Earth Day isn’t just a single day, but an opportunity to build more mindful habits over time.

Let’s welcome Neo, the newest intern in our Zagreb office. He is actively involved with the Finance Club in Zagreb, organizing events that connect students with the finance and consulting sectors. Neo brings curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to challenge assumptions with fresh, unconventional ideas. Outside of work, he stays active through weightlifting, skiing, basketball, and hiking, and also enjoys singing and playing the piano.

Jakub is a Junior Data Scientist in our Warsaw office, passionate about turning data into decisions. Working at the intersection of analytics and business, he focuses on delivering insights that create real impact. When he is not analyzing data, you will likely find him gardening, woodworking, or fishing. Nature keeps him balanced, focused, and inspired. Jakub, we're happy to have you in our team!

Paulina joins us as a Junior Data Scientist, combining an engineering mindset with advanced analytics and Machine Learning to build robust, data-driven solutions. She’s excited to grow within the Analytics team and help solve complex business challenges. Beyond her professional interests, she’s a passionate birdwatcher and also enjoys hand embroidery and RPGs. Antoni joins us as a Junior Business Analyst and is a recent MSc graduate in Finance and Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Antoni explored the market impact of major AI breakthroughs in the biotech industry in his thesis. He combines a strong interest in innovation and technology with experience in financial analysis and strategic research. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him exercising, wine tasting, or discovering new cities. Welcome to the team, Antoni!

Meet Anja, our new Administrative Intern in Ljubljana. Currently on a gap year from studying Economics, Anja is also a passionate dance teacher who loves spending her free time running and hiking, especially in the snow.
