So:
1. Prefer dark bottles over transparent ones. No matter how pretty they look.
2. Open the bottle, use, CLOSE WELL!
3. Do not take your olive oil to the beach 😊 Room temperature is fine though!
4. One year is good. It’s just a bottle of olive oil, you may use it as well!
