Thank you Sxefit Studios for a fantastic morning workout !!! I had so much fun like never before. This is just the beggining of a great jurney called 2018...to be continued...
And I finish the Christmas evening training with an ab circuit. Do it 3-6 times, 10-12 reps per exercise, finish with crosstrainer 15-20 minutes, minimum 15 km/h speed or combine it with skipping, even better.
