Dafermou winery, Pano Lefkara, Larnaka, white dry wine, 100% Assyrtiko, 13% alc. pale gold colour with grenn tints. Nose: rich and bright: peach, quince, vanilla, oak notes. Palate: high acidity, notable deep structure. Fresh and crispy. Long cedar aftertaste. Great wine from young winery. Excellent with light cheeses, seafood, pasta. Rare example of using this famous Greek grape variety on Cyprus. 4.5 out of 5. Limited edition.

Ekfraseis Rosé 2022, Chandria village, Limassol district. Grape: Pinot noir and Mavro. Wine of a pale pink color with an orange hue. Nose: forest berries, soil, wooden notes. Palate: high acidity, forest strawberry start and long finish. Pair: grille salmon, duck pate, pasta. Conclusive: 3,8 out of 5. Good and interesting rose with unusual character.
