Bookmap is a market depth visualization software, allowing for insightful order book and order flow.

A chart may show the trade
But can it show the thinking behind it?

For the Blue Jacket Competition, we’re not just looking for clean screenshots. We want to see the order flow read, the key level, the reaction, and the decision that followed.

Replay or live, screenshot or short video — make the process visible.

Show us the setup.
Show us the ex*****on.
Show us what made the trade worth taking.

A vertical red flush usually sends retail running, but Daniel Rue was watching the "buy-side" sponge soak up every contract. While the candles looked weak, the Heatmap showed a massive invisible floor of limit orders 🧱

The trigger was the moment selling volume spiked, but price stopped ticking lower: classic absorption. Daniel’s risk was tight: if that "heat" pulled, he was out. Instead, he rode the short-covering squeeze back to the high-volume node and punched out before the auction stalled 📈

What’s your "must-see" signal before a fade?

03/06/2026

Stop looking for "signals" and start looking for shifts 📉➡️📈

TJames just gave us a masterclass in the Pilot Program. The breakdown was simple but lethal:
1️⃣ Wait for the TL Break.
2️⃣ Confirm with the BOS (Break of Structure)
3️⃣ Let the order flow do the heavy lifting

If you’re still trading off "vibes" and lagging indicators, you’re playing on hard mode. We’re looking at the tape in real-time to see where the big money is actually leaning

Question for the pros: Do you prefer entering on the initial break or the first retest? 👇

Some sessions feel like this: you did the work… You got the entry… and the market just stares at you. 😐
That’s where good traders accidentally turn into “just-one-more-minute” traders.

TebohoQ dropped a real reminder in Bookmap Academy: when the market stops paying your timing, your job changes. It’s not “force it.” It’s protecting the day.

💬 When it goes dead after you enter, are you TEAM SCRATCH or TEAM GIVE IT ROOM?

You know that “ohhh, that’s why it reversed” moment after reviewing a trade?

The candle showed the turn, but the order flow showed absorption building before the reversal...
..price shows the result; order flow helps reveal the pressure behind it

A level gets tested. Sellers step in. The move looks ready to continue.

Then… nothing.

That “why isn’t price moving?” moment is exactly where the read starts. In this Bookmap Academy replay, Jimmy099 highlighted passive liquidity absorbing aggressive selling near the Asia session low before the book began to rotate.

When a move stalls, do you wait for the book to flip, or do you start watching as soon as the continuation fails?

That “got stopped… then it goes without you” feeling? Yeah 😭
Wintim ran into it live on ES inside Bookmap Academy

He spotted a high-delta pocket sitting right on an LVN. Sellers tried to press it lower, but the push had zero follow-through — the kind of stall that screams absorption/exhaustion

First attempt got swept in a stop run. But the structure didn’t break, so when aggression finally matched the bias, Wintim took a second entry and stayed with the idea.

Big win: the read. Next level: giving the trail a little more breathing room.

💬 After a stop run, are you usually RE-ENTER or DONE FOR THE DAY?

Photos from Bookmap's post 02/06/2026

David (inside Bruce’s Pilot Program) had the kind of chart moment that makes you pause mid-sip:
“Okay… why did the downside just go quiet?”

When the market keeps trading the same prices but refuses to continue lower, it can be the first hint that the control is changing hands — and the next push up doesn’t always need a big runway.

Your setup looked clean… until the candle flipped against you:

Aggressive buying or selling may have been absorbed at a liquidity zone. Volume bubbles and heatmap intensity can help reveal that interaction

Candles show the result; order flow helps explain the reaction
