The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and technically-minded IT Specialist to join our team on a ull-time, on-site basis in Limassol.

The role involves supporting and maintaining our software, hardware, network and IT environments, while also providing technical support to both our internal teams and external clients.

You will be involved in both proactive IT infrastructure management and day-to-day troubleshooting, helping ensure our systems remain secure, reliable and efficient.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing technical support to internal users and customers
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, servers and other IT equipment
• Supporting and maintaining Windows environments and business applications
• Configuring, monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure
• Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights
• Supporting network security and implementing IT best practices
• Assisting with system setups, updates, deployments and upgrades
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues proactively and reactively
• Documenting technical issues, solutions and IT procedures
• Monitoring system performance and reliability
• Working closely with our development and customer support teams to improve infrastructure and service quality

What we’re looking for:

• Strong IT and technical troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and software environments
• Understanding of computer networks, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers and switches
• Knowledge of network security and basic data protection practices
• Experience with hardware installation, maintenance and software deployment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail and a practical approach to troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• Previous experience in an IT Support / IT Technician / IT Specialist role is an advantage
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus
