Newly opened Oikia Roti, located in the picturesque village of Vasa Koilaniou, is nestled in the heart of the Limassol wine district. Conveniently located 35km from Limassol, it is surrounded by vineyards, large and small mountains, steep hillsides, cliffs, and plateaus all providing awe-inspiring scenic views from all rooms. The residence itself was lovingly updated and restored while keeping true to its old world charm. Oikia Roti is built on an area of 1000 square meters, constructed with wood and local hand carved stone, and rustic cobblestone paths. Modern amenities were added to provide guests with the perfect combination of comfort and class while maintaining its traditional, rustic allure and history.

Oikia Roti offers 5 private suites, each with unique features and with its own private en suite bath. Kitchenettes are also available in 2 of the suites. The residence is situated at the entrance of the village with convenient free public parking and a short walk to the village square. Guests are provided with quality accommodations with modern day amenities including lush bedding, central heating and cooling, flat screen TV, laundry services and WiFi. Oikia Roti is a fully owner-operated bed and breakfast whose owners take great pride in both the establishment and in guest satisfaction. Each room offers a unique experience in pampered luxury with a touch of vintage charm; Fireplace, La Juliette, Chrystalleni, Elsita, and Eleni.

Common areas surrounded by breath-taking panoramic views of stone walls and colorful gardens include a pool, outdoor lounge, and a patio perfect to enjoy breakfast al fresco or an afternoon coffee/frappe.
