This milestone brings us one step closer to realizing a project where water and architecture come together to shape everyday living. Canal del Sol is conceived around a central canal that flows through the heart of the development, creating a unique framework for calm, waterfront-oriented residential space.

Achieving the building permit is the outcome of dedicated collaboration with our team, consultants, and partners. We look forward to progressing to construction and delivering a thoughtful residential environment that celebrates serenity, connection, and quality of life.

We’re honoured to share that ADP has been appointed as the architect for a new crematorium facility in Cyprus.

This is a project that asks for deep care, sensitivity, and restraint. Our role is not to create spectacle—but to shape quiet, dignified spaces that serve moments of remembrance, transition, and reflection.

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a professional degree in Architecture
- Eligible for the ETEK graduate scheme
- Strong design thinking and enthusiasm for learning
- Good communication skills in Greek & English

2. Junior Architect
Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
- Qualified Architect with 1+ years of professional experience
- Good design and technical skills with a desire to grow
- Experience with architectural software
- English and Greek languages are a must, both in verbal and written

3. Architect
Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
- Qualified Architect with 3+ years of professional experience
- ETEK licensed with a professional degree in Architecture
- Strong conceptual design skills and ability to translate ideas into architectural proposals
- Experience with planning & building permit submissions in Cyprus
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience with architectural software
- English and Greek languages are a must, both in verbal and written

4. Interior Designer
Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design or related field
- Strong skills in 3D rendering and visualization
- Experience producing brochure plans and marketing drawings
- Strong sense of materiality, lighting, and spatial composition
- Experience with design software(e.g. SketchUp, V-Ray, TwinMotion, AutoCAD, Adobe)
