But it is the commitment to refine, to choose with intention, to let each step be informed and responsible that carries it through.
When emotion meets that kind of devoted process, the result is a space or object that feels true and endures.

OPEN CALL

We are searching for long-term collaborators to join our team: from internship to full-time roles. We value initiative, openness, clear communication, and accountability across different project scales.

Roles:
• Architect- Interior designer (full-time): design development, visualizations, on-site coordination
AutoCAD, 3d modeling and rendering; Adobe; experience welcome but initiative matters most.
• Internship (three month long): real-project involvement: viz, detailing, site visits
Final-year architecture/design students; curiosity and learning by doing.
• Content Creator (freelance / project-based): branding & communication with a focus on hands-on content production
Track record in branding/campaigns/content; Adobe Creative Suite; video is a plus.
• Project Site Assistant: supervision & hands-on site support
Construction know-how, coordination, practical tasks; driving licence required.

We offer: working on diverse projects (architecture, interiors, furniture, branding, education), a mentorship culture, and long-term growth in a collaborative, research-driven studio.

The masterplan consists of ten homes on generous plots, each positioned for light, privacy, and mountain views.
We’ve carefully balanced shared presence and individual retreat, allowing nature to breathe between structures.

Whether as a weekend escape or a space for year-round living, the homes are designed to evolve with their owners.
