✨ MSc Dragana Mekić is a Junior Research Assistant at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad, and a PhD student in Chemistry within the Chair of Analytical Chemistry.
✨ Her scientific research focuses on investigating the retention properties of potentially biologically active newly synthesized compounds using reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography. 🧪🧬📊

🏅 Throughout her studies, she was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.
📚 She is a member of the Serbian Chemical Society.

✨ MSc Dragana Mekić je istraživač–pripravnik na Prirodno-matematičkom fakultetu Univerziteta u Novom Sadu i doktorand na studijskom programu Hemija, u okviru Katedre za analitičku hemiju.
✨ Njena istraživačka delatnost fokusirana je na proučavanje retencionih svojstava potencijalno biološki aktivnih novosintetisanih jedinjenja korišćenjem obrnutofazne tankoslojne hromatografije i tečne hromatografije visokih performansi. 🧪🧬📊

🏅 Tokom studija bila je stipendista Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja.

📄 Conference was organized by the SafeLi team, with the support of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia through SafeLi PROMIS2023 project, and took place on October 31, 2025, in Novi Sad, Serbia.

🌍📊 The SafeLi Conference welcomed experts, researchers, and professionals from Serbia, to share ideas, connections, extend network and shape the future of our science together. All participants reflected their ongoing research projects funded by Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia and HORIZON, shared insights and discussed emerging challenges together.

📄 “Synthesis and effect of zwitterion additives on thermophysical properties of lithium-ion battery electrolyte.”

🌍 This achievement celebrates our long-standing collaboration between Prof. Marija Bešter-Rogač, Prof. Bojan Šarac (FKKT), and our team from the Faculty of Sciences, Novi Sad.
Together, we’ve built years of successful projects exploring ionic liquids, physicochemical properties, and their real-world applications.
