Every robot programmer runs into this at some point. Everything looks right, the program is correct, and still something behaves differently in production.
That’s because real systems are never identical. Small variations, timing, or process flow can change the outcome more than expected.
With experience, you learn where to look first and how to react faster. That’s the part you only pick up by working on many projects.

Before we even arrive on-site, we ask about safety procedures. Every factory works differently, and those details matter more than people think.
We come prepared, but we also follow what’s defined internally as a team. Because in this job, even the smallest detail can make a difference.
Looks like China is already living in the future. But would this work in Serbia anytime soon?
