House in Curiosity Cave area just outside Austin Texas.
Stunning property, including cave within it as a beutiful natural getaway.
This complex includes 3700sf main House with a separate Home Office.
Beside it there are fruit plants creating private garden.
Complex is located and directed towards nearby lake offering fantastic and wide open views.

Large house situated on beautiful island of Turks and Caicos.
Came to mind as Client wanted to have a retirement home.
Intention is to have frequent family and guest visits.
Consists of Main and Guest House tied with a courtyard with large pond.
High glass openings and glass roof offer sweeping panoramic sea/sky views- main highlight of this project.
Stone cladding done with local stone found on the property itself and elsewhere on island.

Irregular parametric shape inspired by sea horse shell.
Living room, exposed pool, bedrooms, wine tasting room, gym, guest bedroom, large garage etc.
Huge glass openings, panoramic views.
