Random s**t because I forgot how to post.

So it's been a while and I've been hiding and keeping low for a while, enjoying life. The last couple of years I had a lot of plans but as things change and evolve so did my plans. I plan to be back soon, step by step and will begin having fun with seasonal produce!
Sour cherries this time, one batch is lacto-fermented and the other os a lovely jam, low sugar, spiced with black pepper, a hint of habanero and a smack of lime peel, on that some Merlot. Perfectly pairs with savory, salty and - of course - sweet.
Join me in this weird adventure, I will (try) to be posting regularly.

So after a long while a couple of limited sauces are available, from the ones who know and follow the series of "politically incorrect" extremely hot sauces, this time due to an extremely politically incorrect name in question, it has to be renamed and a sub-series of "losing my mind-going insane" sauces was born.
So i present you:
"I Love You, Please Stay"

Prosecco, olive oil, orange habanero, chocolate bhut jolokia, moruga scorpion, spices.

Tangy, sexy, sour, aromatic.

As always hand written and numbered, this time protected by a matte vinyl layer for collectors.
Only two bottles available (250ml).
