Kada kandidat danas želi da sazna više o vašoj kompaniji, on ne otvara samo karijernu stranicu. On pita ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview i od njih dobija odgovor u sekundi.

To znači da više nije dovoljno šta pišete o sebi, već i kako vas AI sistemi razumeju, interpretiraju i prikazuju. Recenzije, strukturisani podaci, jasni odgovori na konkretna pitanja - sve to sada direktno utiče na to kako vas kandidati “vide” i pre nego što posete vaš sajt.

U novom tekstu na blogu donosimo intervju sa Anom Ivanov, psihološkinjom i doktorantkinjom organizacione psihologije na Filozofskom fakultetu u Beogradu, o vezi između mentalnog zdravlja zaposlenih, načina na koji merimo i evaluiramo njihov rad i toga kako kompanije zaista (ne) žive ono što komuniciraju.
