Hay Bagging Machine For Animal Feed

How to make hay animal feed? In order to turn your crops into hay, you just need to take following three steps:
Step 1 - You need to cut them up
Step 2 - Dry the hay next
Step 3 - Baling hay then storage

The most important thing is storage in such a way as to make sure that they will hold onto the nutrients for an extended period of time. And pay attention to keep them from the wet as the hay becomes wet it loses all of its nutrients while they may get rotten, then the animal will not like it.

After compression the hay,the plastic bag will keep the hay from wet. And the hay in bag is very convenient to be taken to the animal place. Plastic bag can be reused.

What's the weather like here,guys?

Well,we [ JIAJING(JIABAO) Machinery] prepare some tips to help baler machines go through winter well.

As we all know, correct using manner will not only help to improve working efficiency, but also extend the life of equipment. So, what should we do?

1. Choose The Right Hydraulic Fluids
It is important for us to choose the hydraulic fluids that are resistant to low temperatures as in the cold environment the fluids' viscosity will increase, resulting in decreasing in the performance of the hydraulic system. And don't try different brands of hydraulic fluids at the same time.

2. Check Before Use
If the temperature is relatively low or drops down dramatically, please check before use to see if there is any ice on the hose or other components. Use insulation or insulation jackets to protect hose and elements that are exposed to cold.

3. Preheat Or Heat
When you start up in winter in low temperatures, preheat the hydraulic system in order to improve the fluid liquidity. In the bitterly cold environment,it is a good idea to heat the hydraulic system with heating device.So that to make sure hydraulic fluids work well.

4.Regular Check-ups
1) Check the condition of the hydraulic fluid and if there is any contaminant or debris or water in the hydraulic system.Change the hydraulic fluids if necessary.
2) Whether the connection between parts,specially the connection between seals,meets the requirements of use.
3) Check filters,seals,fastening bolts,etc.,to confirm if they need to be replaced.

5.Clean And Lubricate Regularly
1) Keep the baler machine clean and prevent dust accumulation.
2) Regular lubrication of moving parts and connectors can help reduce friction and wear,especially in dry and high-cold areas.

6.The Most Important Thing
Never forget the principle of safety first.The operator should follow proper operating procedures.
