Shocking
A first-year COTECH student at the University of Bamenda was allegedly drugged, chained, tortured, and r***d in Bamenda.
Sandrine was reportedly lured into the ordeal by one of her friends, who took her from Bambili to Up Station, Bamenda, and handed her over to her tormentors.
Messages found on the victim's phone reportedly show that she was persuaded by her friends to be handed over to a group of alleged scammers, who subjected her to the inhumane treatment for reasons that police are now investigating.
According to Tebeck TV Bamenda, which broke the story, one of her friends has been arrested, while others are currently on the run. Police investigations are ongoing.

Cameroonian artiste Vanistar and wife got married today under the polygamous regim 🫡
She writes after signing polygamy
"My mother and my sisters told me never to marry in a polygamous home and that I should never sign polygamy and my father told me nothing defines a marriage, he said they are many broken and unhappy monogamous homes. He said I should never loss my husband because of marital regims. Today I went to court with the love of my life when the question was asked I allowed him to answer the way he wants and what ever he choses I am okay with it. I am his wife not his equal to be debating marital regims. Little problems begin from there. I want a loving home and not a battle field "
Woman go fine (for heart) so??

Cameroon customs have clarified the debate about taxing mobile phones
According to information on their officials page, phones have been placed into 8 different categories (1 to 8) and Cameroonians are expected to pay 33% based on phone category and not actual price of the phone
The prices on these categories have significantly been reduced from original prizes of these phones to meet the purchasing power of Cameroonians
For instance, the highest category say Iphone 17 pro Max or Samsung 26 ultra is category 8 and in this category the state has decided that these phones cost just 400,000 francs hence, users will pay 33% of that amount rather than 33% of the original price of the phone which cost over 1 million francs CFA and customs would have been over 300,000.
These are the 8 different categories and prices
1st category: 5,000 FCFA, subject to 33.33% customs duty, which is approximately 1,670 FCFA per phone;
2nd category: 10,000 FCFA, subject to 33.33% customs duty, which is approximately 3,350 FCFA per phone;
3rd category: 20,000 FCFA, subject to 33.33% customs duty, which is approximately 6,670 FCFA per phone;
4th category: 25,000 FCFA, subject to 33% customs duty, which is approximately 8,340 FCFA per phone;
5th category: 50,000 FCFA, subject to 33.33% customs duty, which is approximately 16,670 FCFA per phone;
6th category: 100,000 FCFA, subject to 33.33% customs duty, which is 33,330 FCFA per phone;
7th category: 200,000 FCFA, subject to 33.33% customs duty, which is 66,660 FCFA per phone;
8th category, the highest category: 400,000 FCFA, subject to 33.33% customs duty, which is approximately 135,000 FCFA.
Consumers are advised, when purchasing devices from importers and other sellers, to verify the customs status of the phone at :
www.mpie.camcis.cm
The phone’s IMEI number should be entered in the indicated adress on the site, then click “Verify.”
NB: If your supplier has already paid customs duty, you aren't requires to pay the taxes but if they haven't, you are required to pay based on your phone category. You can check using the website above to know.
