At our High Meadow renovation, we reworked the kitchen and main area layouts completely to better support how this family lives.

The once angular fireplace was reframed for a softer, more cohesive architectural presence.

A custom maple slat wall replaced the existing railing, helping define the staircase and separate the kitchen, dining, and living areas while adding warmth and visual interest.

Creating a more open, connected layout was a major priority for the family, allowing the home to feel brighter, functional, and more centred around togetherness.

Additional updates included converting the former mudroom into a combined laundry room and pantry, while a new addition created a dedicated mudroom space of its own. The ensuite was redesigned with a more cohesive layout and finished with micro-cement for a clean, modern feel.

Set on a beautiful lake lot, our clients envisioned their outdoor living spaces expanded with a blend of refined functionality with serene comfort.

This renovation of the homes rear exterior and exterior spaces created room for an upper open-air patio space and a lower, motorized screened-in porch below.

Paired with the pool area, the entire backyard now supports more time spent outdoors, all season long.

With a footprint almost as large as the primary itself, this ensuite is the definition of luxury.

Ample wood built-ins, marble floors, a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and sliding barn doors to match to enclose the space encircle the star of the space: the ensuite lounger. Designed to slow down, unwind, and bring a sense of calm to everyday routines.
