The Simple Things Small Projects & Repairs

A fun little job by a super family! They asked if I could make some changes to this odd shaped nook. Opened it up, installed a shelf with power on top and inset a cabinet to give a little extra storage. Worked out great, another simple thing done!

A few little spring projects! An old balcony deck needed an upgrade, not to mention the roof below. Stripped the deck, had the membranes redone, built a new base and finished up with composite decking and smart side panels, ready to go for summer! Also had an awesome person that needs a table base fixed up for her to paint, perfect size project for me to look after. Thanks to these great customers and others for the small projects sent my way!!

Our house has no storage! It’s always been a challenge to find places to store things to keep them organized. I’ve seen this tote storage online before and decided it was time to get try it out. Allows for a bunch of extra concealed storage that should help. If you could use something like this, don’t hesitate to reach out, just the kind of small project I appreciate!

A few more super people in the neighborhood keeping me busy recently, caulking work, cabinet work, hanging mirrors and shelves, installing gym flooring, and a fun project building a climbing wall in a home gym for the kids, all that’s left is to put up the grips! The neighborhood has been generous in keeping me busy! Hung some mirrors, built a small rubber step for a dog grooming business, hung some new curtain rods, mounted a new window ac unit, put up some new fire alarms, installed some doorbell cameras and hung some large paintings. All the kinds of small things I enjoy. Thanks to all the great people of the neighborhood, keep them coming!

Some super people in the neighborhood needed some framing done for a tv surround they intend to finish with drywall. Enjoyed putting this up this morning. Grateful for the work, another simple thing done!

Great family from the neighborhood needed a little help with a new range hood they had purchased. Cut in and ran the new insulated ducting so they are all hooked up and ready to go. Another small project done! Thanks for keeping me busy Charleswood.

So many messages from the community in response to my last ad. Thanks for all your responses! Now to chip away at all those small projects. Some gutter guard done just in time for fall leaves and finished up drywall in a garage this morning. More simple things done, thanks for the work everyone!
