We had the pleasure of catering another beautiful and intimate wedding celebration at the stunning Castle of Malden, hosting 50 guests for an evening filled with elegance, flavour and unforgettable moments.

For this celebration, Delhi059 brought our signature style beyond the restaurant — combining authentic Delhi flavours with a lavish, elevated catering experience.

From our black-and-gold presentation, beautifully curated buffet displays and live cooking elements to the smallest finishing details, every part of the setup was designed to complement the grandeur of the venue.

Created at our guests’ special request, fresh jalebis were prepared live on-site — hot, crisp and straight from the counter. The aroma, the theatre of live preparation and the freshness made it one of the highlights of the evening.
