As the tents come down, the stages are packed away, and another Whitby Ribfest comes to a close, there's only one thing left to say: thank you.

➡️ Thank you to every single person who joined us this past weekend. To the families, friends, neighbours, visitors, concert-goers, food lovers, music fans, and community supporters who spent part of their weekend with us, thank you for making Whitby Ribfest what it is.

➡️ Thank you to our incredible volunteers. This event simply would not exist without you. From months of planning behind the scenes to early mornings, late nights, setup, teardown, parking, Kidfest, waste diversion, admissions, information booths, donation collection, and everything in between. Your dedication is the reason this event happens.

➡️ Thank you to the Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise for their leadership, commitment, and countless volunteer hours spent creating an event that brings our community together while supporting important charitable causes throughout Durham Region.

Kidfest is back from 12 - 5pm, the ribbers are still going strong, and tonight The Prairie States will close out the weekend live on stage.

No need to rush today. Just good food, live music, and one more chance to take it all in. If you’re here, make it count.
