π Townhouses: $840k, up 4% YoY. Condos: $670k, down 5% year-over-year.
π Sales of detached and semi-detached homes up 15% from April! Semi-detached sales ratio at 55%!
Sales of both detached and semi-detached houses saw an increase of approximately 15% compared to April of this year. Sales ratios for various property types all remained above 25%, with semi-detached homes reaching 55%.
