- Rewatches the sections of the video over and over to better understand the technique.

Liesl’s enneagram type is SX6 (the countertype), which means she creates security by taking risk or danger head-on. She is fierce, strong and capable. Vera shares all of these qualities as an enneagram type SP8. She assertively goes after what she wants, not allowing obstacles to deter her. Her tenacity has served her well.

While Liesl and Vera’s individual underlying motivations are quite different, on the surface their actions and styles appear to be very similar. This allows for alignment and understanding in their partnership, and a whole lot of success as they tackle challenges together.

Suggested ways to become a more spacious team: giving themselves permission to go with the flow, checking in with their own needs, and allowing for rest and rhythms (individually and together).
