Team Clark Rocks

What a fun and full season of curling we have had!!

We practiced at Leduc Curling Club, Airdrie Curling Club, Red Deer Curling Centre, Eckville Curling and Strathmore and District Curling Club and played in 12 bonspiels from September until the end of March, including the U18 Curling Alberta provincials!😅🥌💪

We also enjoyed learning and honing our skills at some great development camps and clinics at the Saville Curling Club and Crestwood Curling Club!!

These bonspiels, practices and development camps would not have been possible without our biggest fans, our parents who drove us all around Alberta to our events and most especially to our sponsors who got us through the whole season and we are so very thankful for their support🙏

We want to send an extra special shout out and appreciation to our amazing coach, Coach Wes Clark, who took any spare time he had to create practice plans and get us on track for each bonspiel. The biggest challenge we had this year was the distance between team members which ranged from Strathmore to Leduc. Coach Wes made sure we were still able to get practices in together even if that meant he had to travel 2 to 3 hours one way to do so!! Your dedication, patience, encouragement and calm leadership made a difference to each of us and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your commitment to Team Clark. 👊🫶

While Team Clark will be parting ways next season, we are so proud of everything we accomplished together- on and off the ice!!

We look forward to cheering each other on, on new teams next year on the U18 Men's competitive circuit!!💙🥌

Another sweep in the final draw of the Eckville Open and our season!! Its nice to end on some wins but we are sad to have the season come to a close.

We had alot of ups and downs this season and played hard over 7 months and a total of 12 bonspiels !!

Team Clark was literally in da house this morning with a 16- 1 win against the Stone Cold Stunners ! 🙌🥌

We are finishing off the season with a bang! Next game is at 2:30pm here at Eckville Curling !!

Our final bonspiel of the season is going to be a fun one and it starts tonight at 6:30pm !!! Live streaming and updates will be posted.

We are looking forward to hanging out together and just having a good time playing the sport we love !!

The Marc Kennedy Junior Classic Bonspiel has come to end and we are so thankful to have been apart of it and to have played some skilled teams! We had the best time at the banquet eating and dancing as well!

A huge thank you to the organizers, Marc and Nicole Kennedy (along with all the others!) for putting on a fantastic well organized junior bonspiel! And to each of the curling clubs Crestwood Curling Centre Sherwood Park Curling Club and St. Albert Curling Club for hosting! We hope to ve back next year!!

Our 4th and final game of the Marc Kennedy Junior Classic was against one of our favorites Team Stockdale. It was a great game but could not pull off the W !!

Our 3rd game at Marc Kennedy Junior Classic was a tough one! Strong team from Ontario and we wish them all the best !!
