It's been a long time since I posted anything on here. Dropping by to say hey.
Life can be extremely stressful sometimes, but feeling more like myself! I know some of you missed me, and I am so grateful for all the support.

My glow up is still a work in progress but I have never been happier. I am not the woman I was at the start of this year and I am so proud of my journey so far.

Some lessons I have learned this year

A lot of people hate on me when I share my "choose happy" but I absolutely 💯 believe we all can decide how we feel.

I often choose to focus on things that bring me joy, elevate my vibration, and uplift not only myself but those around me. I challenge you all to slow down and list 5 things you are grateful for, take 5 deep breaths and review the situation.

Happiness is all around us, lots to go around.
Find joy and share it with others. We are in control. What we focus on expands.

SELF CARE looks different for everyone!

I personally feel like I can take on the world with self tanner, makeup and my hair done.
I enjoy how put together it makes me feel.
In a world where I often feel so out of control it's been so important for me to take time to lift my spirits.

I have spent my entire life worried about others and even worse what others would think of me.

Well today is my PSA:" I am no longer available for things and people who make me feel like s**t"!

All those wasted moments in my life end now. I am now focused on how I can rise and bring others with me more than ever before. How can I make an impact. How can I help myself and those around me. I can tell you though I am moving forward with or without your support. I have huge dreams and goals for my life and these don't have a chance if I continue to focus on what others may think of me. So basically if you are negative, rude, complaining constantly, focused on gossip or bad vibes please hear me I AM NO LONGER LISTENING.

I have a huge heart and need to protect it from those who don't yet understand their own insecurities are what drives those negative emotions.

I am a positive vibes only person so watch out I maybe casting some good vibes your way.

I think on some level we can all appreciate day!

As a young girl I was bullied from grades 7 to grade 12.

My high school journey was esspecially terrible.
I have had food thrown at me as I walk down the halls, I have had people threatening to beat the living daylight out of me if I went to my locker at the wrong times. I have been chased home from school bullies. I have been called EVERY MEAN NAME.

SO I stand behind every day, let our insecurities become our strengths and let our weaknesses become our power.
