My primary stock agency (Alamy) recently put out a request for stock photos showcasing "social issues" such as alcoholism, drug abuse, domestic abuse, etc. My friend Kyle Pohl helped me out for this one. I'll be posting some studio shots later next week, so check back later for more.

These photos are from a photoshoot I had with my roommate Oliver Cardoza last night. I'm especially happy with how the shots with the sunglasses came out.

This bad boy is hanging in a place of honour above my computer - and why shouldn't it? I earned it after all! First off, Hey Rosetta! is an amazing Canadian rock band from Saint John's, Newfoundland. They have a really unique sound - mixing acoustic, folk, Celtic and many other styles. If you haven't heard them before, you owe it to yourself to check them out (I recommend Red Heart as a good starting point).

My new Steadycam (FlyCam 5000) is just clearing customs in Mississauga now and should be here today or tomorrow. Stay tuned for some test footage!
