Since doing a demo with the Chef'n Veggie Chop we have had so many requests for this recipe ... so here it is:

Apple and Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
1 Apple, cored and cut into chunks
1 Cup Mango Chunks
Juice from ½ Lime
2 tsp Brown Sugar
¼ tsp Ground Cumin
3-4 Fresh Mint Leaves

Using a hand powered (Chef’n) veggie chopper, put all ingredients into the bowl and chop to desired consistency. I usually pull the handle about 10 times. Enjoy! Goes great with pork dishes or serve as a salsa with cheese and crackers.
