New name, deeper rhythm.
Welcome to The Ritual Room.

If you’ve been here a while, you might notice things look a little different…

This page was once home to The Maker’s Collective.
But just like many of you, I’ve been evolving—
and the work has deepened, softened, and shifted.

✨ The Ritual Room is the next chapter.
A space for creatives, multi-hyphenates, and deep-feeling humans who are moving through creative pivots, life transitions, or simply ready to return to themselves.

This is where I’m now sharing:
🌿 Rituals, prompts & creative tools to support your rhythm
🌀 Support for navigating creative burnout, identity shifts, or rebuilding
🫱🏽‍🫲🏽 Gentle accountability through community & live gatherings
🖋️ Programs, workshops, live gatherings, plus monthly seasonal content
📖 Behind-the-scenes reflections from the process of launching my first book

All housed inside a seasonal membership that costs just $11/month or $111/year.

It’s also part of my larger world, A Wild Honey, where I share creative coaching, storytelling, and support for those rewriting their path in rhythm with who they are now.

If you’ve been in the void, the in-between, or just quietly waiting for the right time to begin again—this space is for you.

There will always be tides that sweep you off your feet, push you to your edges and also lift you to places you’ve never imagined.
This is the experience of life. This is how we learn and grow.
Along the way, pay attention to the whispers & pokes from the universe, the things that you love and that light you up — regardless of the inevitable waves and cycles of life. That is what centres us and keeps us coming back to ourselves every time. That is what it’s all about 💫💕💛🦋✨
In episode 66, Laura and I share our journey of finding our way back to the thing that lights us up.
What are the things that light you up from the inside out?

✨PODCAST WEDNESDAY✨
In our first episode since August (HOLY Smokes!), we take a moment to catch up AND share some vulnerable stories about what we’ve been going through personally and together. We had to go through the fire and inner work required to create more space and clarity for our vision and dreams for our work, for our life and for the Maker’s Collective.
This episode is for everyone who has ever felt alone or stressed about feeling stuck or wanting to change course. Changing your mind is okay, and it is made easier by sharing it with those around you. This is a powerful one and we can’t wait to catch up! LET’S DO IT.

We are pleased to highlight the musical talent of today! An indie-pop-rocky-blues band, melting so many of their diverse musical backgrounds together with intention and taste. ✨
We first saw them play at a concert series and have been obsessed with their music ever since.
The band is comprised of HUGELY talented and sweet humans:
Laura Sones (Vocals, Trumpet, Guitar), Nic Nolet (Guitar, Vocals), Dan Corrigan (Bass, Vocals) & Dan Nash (Drums, Euphonium, Keyboards, Vocals) 💕
They are band members, friends and roommates, so you can bet your ass— this group works hard and plays hard ✨ when you watch them on stage it shows!
They have been playing everywhere across southern Ontario, entertaining the crowds and effortlessly building a cult following around their music. They recently released a new single called, "Lioness" and are hosting a single release party/show on November 15th at the Hepcat Swing Dance Studio in Waterloo, ON! If you are local, make sure to snag a ticket and join us to celebrate them at the show... and if not you can find their latest single on Spotify!
Tune in and show 12 Mile Island some love in the comments! They are definitely ones to watch right now!

🦄
Last week, we hosted our monthly local meetup 🍻 It was one of those cold, rainy and dreary nights out— so we anticipated a smaller group.
We were so lucky because it ended up be an intimate, cozy gathering with new friends.
One of those new friends is a creative entrepreneur named, Jason Paul. ✨💕 Jason shared his passion and story with us, which included working and living in Brooklyn for a decade submerged in the fine art, gallery, exhibitions and animated videography space, where he honed his craft and crushed it as a working creative. As a multi-disciplinary artist, his story involved living and creating all over different parts of the world! 🔥 Today he resides in Port Elgin where he specializes in ceramics but uses a mixed media approach by integrating technology, 3D printing and classic methods to create and perfect his designs.
His work is stunning, his open and kind nature is so heartwarming and his expertise is truly something to behold.
Thank you so much for making the 2-hour drive to join our community Jason- we can’t wait to see more of you and what else your journey holds 💕
Do us a solid and go check out to connect with Jason and make sure you tell him to come back to for more events so you can meet him too 🥰✨😂🌈 @ Waterloo, Ontario

“The obstacle is the path. Every time you go over an obstacle, you raise your capacity to go further and to take on bigger challenges.” - , Founder of 💕
For those that are unable to attend any of our locally hosted events, we aim to bring the experience of our podcast to life at them... in that you not only get to listen to captivating conversation and learn from experts- but you get to interact with them and meet like-minded peers/ business owners.
This is a quote from one of our speakers at a recent event, captured by one of our community members and turned into graphic art. Thank you to .hustle for allowing the experience of these events to live on and be shared with our online community. This means the world to us to see so much creative collaboration and magic happening in one space.
