Today in class, we practiced verb tenses with a focus on the present perfect progressive tense.

“How long have they been swimming?” “They have been swimming for one hour.”

We explored how this tense follows a clear structure:
• have/has + been + verb-ing
• describing actions that started in the past and are still continuing now
