If you've ever been interested in rowing here's your chance to come down to the boathouse to test it out and get all the information you need!

The Labrador West Rowing Association association will be throwing an info session at the Jean Lake boathouse and demonstraitons on the rowing machines!

Join us June 13th 1:00PM - 4:00PM for our local Come Try Rowing event and free BBQ.
Age for rowing is 14+!

Happening this Sunday! The weather is starting to warm ☀️ and we are getting excited for the season! Who's coming to the kickoff event!?

Last year was such a blast that we’re bringing the rowing machines back to the taproom! Join us for a high-energy afternoon as we officially kick off the 2026 Regatta season.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: Take on an all-out 10-minute rowing sprint: compete solo or in teams of two! We’re asking for a minimum $10 donation per participant, with 100% of proceeds going to Lab West Ground Search and Rescue.

𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬:
🚣‍♂️ Labrador West Rowing Association will be on-site to answer all your Regatta questions.
💊 Supplement King will be here with a demo table to keep you fuelled .
💪 Work Out World is generously providing the rowing machines.
🧵 Northern Industrial Supplies is donating custom embroidery for the 2026 winning team!

𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥 & 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐬: We’ll have awesome prizes up for grabs, plus hot dogs and nachos rolling in the taproom to keep you powered up.

* Junior: 14–17
* Intermediate: 18–20
* Senior: 21+
* Masters: 30+
* Co-ed teams are welcome!
