First stage of our next project, the apartment building renovation…remediation and demo is underway. Just a few more units to go! People always underestimate all the time and planning that goes into a project. It takes a lot to get to this stage! We’ve been working on it for over a year now, so very happy to see some obvious forward movement :) ———————————————————————

Pleased to share, after only 3 days on market, and 7 offers (😲) our Moss St. project has sold!! We’d like to thank everyone who helped us along the way. Those on insta are tagged, but there are plenty others that helped that are still living under a rock lol congrats to the family that purchased the house too…we’re stoked the house is going to a local couple who truly appreciated our vision ♥️♥️♥️————————————————————-

As mentioned in an earlier post, last year we realized a massive goal of ours, purchasing our first small apartment building! We found the perfect building, adhering to our model of finding a “diamond in the rough”. Ok so it has been shamefully long since our last post. Sorry Instagram 🙂 but we have been incredibly busy in the last 6 months…here’s what we’ve been up to. I’ll be sure to post some pictures of all these projects in the coming weeks. Happy new year everyone! 🥂🎉——————————————————————- ———1. We bought a small apartment building. 2. We renovated what would become our penthouse suite. 3. Moved out of the home we’ve lived in for the past 10 years and into our new home 😳😱 4. Set up our previous home as a furnished rental for a family that was running out of time on finding a place to live. 5. Sold our Tovido project. 6. Found out we’re pregnant! 🥰🤰7. Continued work on our Moss St. project (which will be complete this month). 8. Have been working tirelessly planning a major renovation to above mentioned apartment building, including the addition of 2 suites and 9. Set up an additional 2 furnished rentals! Lol did I mention we’ve been busy?!
