We are a low barrier employment program for anyone who is experiencing barriers to employment. We of
Welcome to Our WorkPlace (formerly Next Steps to Employment). We are here to support people, who experience barriers in their lives, get back to work; barriers include but aren’t limited to addiction, mental health, homelessness, trauma, incarceration, disability etc. The process looks like this:
