We are so excited to see you this Sunday at 5:30 for QVic’s Rocky Horror Night!

We will be watching The Rocky Horror Picture show a cult classic from the 70s! When this movie screens in theatres costumes are strongly encouraged and the audience yell “call outs” at the screen (don’t worry we will have a cheat sheet available), we will be doing the same this Sunday!

Because this movie is very dated there are some parts of the movie that are problematic and potentially upsetting so please familiarize yourself with the content warnings if you have not seen it (we will also be going over these before the movie).

We are excited to host a tea party with all of you and some representatives for on campus q***r resources! We are sad that this is our last event with you but hope to connect you with resources that you can access at anytime during your university carreer :)

This Sunday we are having a Movie + Craft Night! The movie we’ll be playing is called “The half of it”
Crafting supplies include colouring pages, embroidery floss, beads and wire!
We hope to see you there!

Being a student can be stressful! The QVic team has made some care packages for 2SLGBTQ+ students who are currently living in residence at UVic to help and add some joy and self care to your semester!

Care packages will have tea, hot cocoa, candy, pins, stickers, and more!!

Want one?! All you have to do is tell us your name and room number using the survey (link in our bio)! We'll drop it off outside your door in a few weeks :)

(never come to QVic before? That's totally fine! You're still totally welcome to a care package, you deserve it!)

Come join us for some “campfire” fun this Sunday! Feel free to bring your own snacks, warm drinks, guitars, or equipment!

Meet QVic leaders outside the RUG (directions in our instagram highlights) and we will lead you to Caddy Bay!

accessibility notes: there is a sizeable hill that you have to go back up in order to get back to UVic and we will likely be walking back in the dark (there is also a bus stop near the market that will take you back to Uvic if you prefer). There will also be music at this event.

QVic is transitioning back to in person! Moving forward, some of our events will be in person and some will be online. (Feb 6th we will be in person in the RUG, more info and event details coming soon!)
