Congratulations to Bruce Alexander on being named the Western Lacrosse Association Coach of the Year! Bruce, pictured here with Assistant General Manager Rod Wade, led the team to the top of the standings and the WLA finals in his first year at the helm. He was quick to share the credit with his fellow coaches, Jordan Sundher, Casey Jackson, Terry Dennett, and Aaron Bold. Congratulations to Bruce and the whole coaching staff on this recognition!

Our final player award of the season is the George Blackstock Memorial Award for the Most Valuable Player, and it should be no shock that the big trophy went to the big man himself, Chris Origlieri! Chris was presented with the trophy by Assistant General Manager Rod Wade. Congratulations, Chris!

The Chris Hall Memorial Award of Most Comepetitive Spirit is both unique and special to the Shamrocks, as it is voted on by the team. This year's winner, as voted by his teammates is Mathieu Gautier! Mathieu was presented the trophy by coach emeritus Art Webster. Congratulations, Mathieu!

The Ken Alexander Memorial Award for Best Defensive Player went to none other than Jacob Hickey! Assistant coach Jordan Sundher presented Jacob with the trophy at the team dinner - congratulations, Jacob!

This year's Jim "P*e Wee" Bradshaw Rookie of the Year award goes to none other than Koen Block, who we protected in this year's graduating junior player draft. Koen was presented the award at the team dinner by last year's winner, Elijah Gash. Congratulations, Koen!

This year's Mason Sheldrick Leadership Award went to our team captain, Marshal King! Shamrocks alumni and coach emeritus Art Webster presented Marshal with the trophy at this year's team dinner. Congratulations, Marshal!

The Fred Wooster Memorial Award for the Unsung Hero whose contributions to the team aren't necessarily found in his stats, and this year's unsung hero is Derek Lloyd! Derek was presented the award at this year's team dinner by last year's winner, Nick Preston. Congratulations, Derek!

Our next award, the John Crowther Memorial Award for the Highest Scorer, went this year to Zach Manns! Zach finished the regular season with 45 goals and 45 assists for a total of 90 points. Congratulations, Zach!

Congratulations to Cole Pickup, winner of this year's OnPoint Project Engineers Most Popular Player award, as voted by YOU! Cole's dad, Dean, accepted the award from Assistant General Manager Rod Wade on Cole's behalf at the team awards dinner. Congratulations, Cole!
