What an incredible couple of days showcasing our innovative 4-plex missing middle housing project. We were thrilled to host a Prefabricated Passive House Project Tour for the community and a private viewing for planning staff.

It was inspiring to see so many neighbours, companies, developers, city staff, elected officials, and members of the public engage with the project firsthand. The insightful questions and enthusiasm for sustainable building were truly motivating. We also had a fantastic discussion with on how this innovative development can impact the wider housing market.
