ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: SLIGHT

Born n’ raised on the East Coast of Canada and founder of Full Spec Entertainment , Jason Dumaresq – a.k.a DJ Slight – is no stranger to music and a good party. Always a musician, Slight has staggered from Saxophone to drums, banjo, harmonica and eventually CDJ’s. With heavy early influences such as Blues and Jazz, Hardcore and Punk it’s no wonder Slight eventually fell in love with broken beats and Drum & Bass.
Focusing on heavy rolling basslines, melodic transitions, with just a sprinkle (heaped spoonful) of double drops, Slight brings all his musical experience and influences into a masterfully mixed, moving piece of art on the dancefloor.
