Bruising starting today mainly on left side of face and ankle. Foot was swelled up but an ice bath helped reduce that. Ankle is feeling really good - cheek and jaw are more sensitive but so far i think everything seems to be going through the healing process well.

Well it was a short 3km canicross this morning. As we ran a right hand turn that we have run many, many times onto Silver Star road, I must have stepped into a new pot hole that sent me flying. Dogs did great stopping right away and checking on me while i cleaned myself up. Sprained right ankle, a little swelling on left side of my face with a bit of soreness of left jaw, and little scrapes on my hands but otherwise good. Swelling has subsided so just chilling today and doing course work so I can keep the ankle elevated and iced a few times to promote a speedy recovery.
