We Create Our Futures • Climate, Culture & Arts Festival•Toronto is more than a festival, it’s a community-powered movement, and we’re inviting you to help bring We Create Our Futures 2026 to life.

We’re looking for visionaries, leaders, creatives, media makers, photographers, videographers, volunteers, organizers, and community builders who are excited to co-create something meaningful together.

This is a 3-day immersive celebration of imagination, regeneration, and collective possibility, created by the community, for the community, and for Mother Earth.

Creating a better future is a collective effort, and there are many ways to get involved.

Whether you’re passionate about programming, production, storytelling, operations, media, welcoming guests, or on-site festival support, we’d love to hear from you. And if you have another idea for how you’d like to contribute, we’re all ears.

🌎As part of the We Create Our Futures team, you’ll:
• Help co-create a one-of-a-kind community experience
• Connect with artists, innovators, changemakers, and climate leaders
• Gain behind-the-scenes experience bringing a large-scale festival to life
• Receive full festival access in exchange for your contribution
• Become part of the team helping shape the experience from within

We’re curating The Future of Food at We Create Our Futures • Climate, Culture & Arts Festival•Toronto 2026

What could a food market look like in a world that centres harmony with the Earth, mutual support, and joyful resistance?

We’re inviting plant-based businesses, farmers, food producers, circular economy champions, and local food systems educators to be part of this 3-day Climate, Culture & Arts Festival taking place October 16–18, 2026

🌱 OUR THEME: SOLARPUNK MEETS STREET MARKET
We’re reimagining food through community, creativity, sustainability, and connection.

We’re looking for people working with:
🌿 Plant-based food & beverages
🌾 Local and regenerative food systems
♻️ Circular economy practices
🌱 Farming, growing, and food production
🧠 Food education and climate literacy
🍎 Creative, conscious, and community-minded food experiences

🥑There are multiple ways to participate:
• Traditional Vendor: Receive a booth/table to sell your products ($50 fee)
• Activation: Create an interactive food experience for attendees
• Workshop Host: Teach people a new skill or share knowledge
• Food & Beverage Donation: Contribute items to the festival
• Something completely different: We’re open to out-of-the-box ideas!

🍌As a participant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Be featured in pre-event social media and promotional materials
• Connect with a vibrant network of climate creatives, musicians, artists, and movement leaders
• Join a space where food, community, and consciousness come together

🍓We’re striving for all food and beverage offerings to be fully plant-based.

Selected participants will receive full access to the festival in exchange for their support.

Think future-forward artisans, conscious fashion, upcycled goods, ancestral crafts, eco-tech, plant-based foods, low-waste products & more.

We’re creating a sustainable marketplace rooted in community, regeneration, imagination, and joyful resistance.

We’re looking for vendors who:
• Offer handmade, upcycled, low-waste, or consciously created goods
• Prioritize ethical production and circular economy principles
• Create with heart, purpose, and environmental care
• Align with values of climate justice, creativity, and community

Selected vendors will receive:
• A table at The Future’s Fair
• Promotion across our social media and promotional materials
• The opportunity to connect with climate creatives, artists, musicians, and movement leaders
• Full festival access for yourself + one assistant

We’re looking for aligned musicians, performers, speakers, and panelists to be part of .ourfutures 2026.

If you have something to say, sing, move, share, question, challenge, or create 🌍 we want to hear from you.

We’re curating a diverse live program featuring music, poetry, dance, performance, talks, panel discussions, and other forms of live expression that help us imagine and build a better future.

This gathering brings together communities, generations, cultures, areas of expertise, artistic mediums & more with a shared goal: to explore tangible ways we can create positive change in our communities, our city, the world & our futures.

A future where technology meets nature.
Where ancestral wisdom meets innovation.
Where art becomes activism.
Where creativity helps us imagine new ways of living, connecting, and caring for one another and the planet.

If you use your art, performance, music, ideas, or voice to speak up for the planet and the future you want to see, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for:
• Musicians, spoken word artists, dancers
• Speakers, storytellers & panelists
• Wisdom keepers & educators with gifts to share

Selected contributors will have the opportunity to:
• Perform a 30–45 minute live musical set
• Showcase 1–3 live pieces or performances
• Host a talk, workshop-style presentation, or panel discussion
• Be featured in pre-event press, social media, and visual content
• Connect with conscious creatives, artists, musicians, and sustainability advocates
• Be part of the movement.

There is no fee to participate.

We Create Our Futures is about bringing together different communities, generations, cultures, areas of expertise, and creative mediums to explore how we can create meaningful, positive change in our communities, our city, and the future of all.

We’re interested in work that explores ecological harmony, climate justice, resilience, lineage, ancestry, and the many possible futures we could create together.

🎨 We’re looking for artists who:
• Work with repurposed, upcycled, natural, or unconventional materials
• Create work that challenges the status quo and sparks conversation
• See art as a tool for resistance, healing, education, or radical reimagining
• Celebrate lineage, honour ancestry, and weave stories of where we come from
• Align with values of climate justice, creativity, and community

⭐️ Selected artists will have the opportunity to:
• Showcase up to 4 pieces throughout the festival experience
• Display installations, paintings, sculptures, digital pieces, and more
• Be featured in pre-event press, social media, and visual content
• Receive full access to the festival
• Connect with conscious creatives, musicians, artists, and sustainability advocates
• Be part of a movement, not just an exhibition

There is no fee to participate.
