Exam season is approaching — but it doesn’t have to feel scary. In collaboration with Health Promotion at TMU Student Wellbeing, we will equip you with the tools and strategies for exam season so that you can prioritize and manage your mental health.
We will be joined by Peer Support Specialist, Alvin Singh, who will share his insights on academic pressures and inform you on ways you can be supported post-event.

Available resources at TMU include the Centre for Student Development and Counselling, Community Safety and Security, Human Rights Services, and Student Care. 👂; When we think about anxiety, we often think it’s a feeling of uneasiness, fear, discomfort, etc. Although these feelings are characteristics of anxiety, it’s possible our anxiety could be telling us more. It can serve as a reminder to perform certain actions, which may aid in decreasing our anxiety. Although uncomfortable, there is always an upside to everything and it is all about finding the silver linings! ✨
