Developing Scholars

Thanks to the support of Developing Scholars and other donors, CasaSito was able to take our Art Club scholars from Sacatepequez and Coban to the Van Gogh Immersive Art Exhibition. For many, it was their first time at an art museum and for all, it was an unforgettable experience!

All donations up to $50 will be matched 50% by Global Giving from today till Friday. With this money, we will offer a mattress, a bed, an eco filter, etc.. to the families in need. Help us to improve their living conditions.

These have been difficult times, and our commitment must be even stronger. High-school teachers in Primavera del Ixcán have not been paid by the Ministry of Education since January. Together with CasaSito, DS has shown our solidarity through support for them to buy groceries for their families. We thank those who trust us and have helped us to be with them!

With the situation in Guatemala and the world, art becomes even more important for our students. Through art, they find peace!
